Dr. Karen Cassiday, President of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America; guest contributor to NBC’s Today Show, Wall Street Journal and New York Times; Managing Director/Founder of the Anxiety Center of Greater Chicago. We are also delighted to welcome her co-panelists, Dr. Rahan Ali and Dr. Dustin Siegel, clinical psychologists at the Anxiety Center of Greater Chicago.
The teen years are an exciting period but can also be the most challenging for many families. Next Thursday January 11, 2018, (the week CPS classes resume), at 7pm, (6:30 sign-in) we are excited to welcome three clinical psychologists from The Anxiety Treatment Center of Greater Chicago. Doctors Karen Cassidy, Dustin Siegel & Rahan Ali will discuss how stress and anxiety impacts our young adults, symptoms and signs to watch out for, why teen anxiety and depression have skyrocketed in the US, offer practical advice for healthy communication and what parents and school administrators can do to create healthier home and school environments. Dr. Cassiday is also President of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America and guest contributor to NBC’s Today Show, Wall Street Journal and New York Times.
